Crown & Crumpet
If you are a loyal reader of Away Soiree, you will remember that I have blogged about afternoon tea and any tea related treats before. As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, growing up in Hong Kong and having lived in London for a year, afternoon tea is like a regular meal for me. Although it’s challenging trying to find the time to have tea during the weekdays, I do try to have it on the weekends.

There is this new tea salon in San Francisco that I have been meaning to try - Crown & Crumpet in Ghirardelli Square, San Francisco. It just looks fabulous and their menu is very complete, with finger sandwiches, scones and clotted cream/jam, crumpets, little pastries and of course a pot of tea.
For all of you ladies in the Bay Area, it’s just a darling place to have your bridal shower. You should definitely check it out.
