Las Ventanas Al Paraiso
Lately, I have been getting quite a few inquiries for destination weddings in Mexico (despite the Swine Flu epidemic). One of my favorite vacation spots in Baja Mexico is Cabo San Lucas. I was there a few years ago and it was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back and do a wedding at the luxurious Las Ventanas Al Paraiso (which appropriately means “windows to paradise”)! It was named one of the Top 10 Romantic Hotels for Couples by Globorati last Fall.
It has breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortés; every room is a suite and some of them even have their own patio. It also offers a lot of options for your special day from having the ceremony right on the sand or at the terrace with a panoramic view of the coastline, to dining under the stars… to a traditional Mexican beach barbeque…
On top of all that, my absolute favorite is their Pet’s Luxury Program. I am sure my 2 kitties - Stanley and Sheldon will enjoy their massage at the Spa! So will I… And who knows, you might even be rubbing elbows with a few celebrities on property. Jennifer Aniston is a frequent visitor, and so are Cindy Crawford, Brooke Shields, Clint Black and Andrew Firestone!

If you love Las Ventanas, you’ll love their new Helicopter Proposal! You fly over the beautiful Sea of Cortez and Baja Peninsula - and when you fly over Las Ventanas, there’s a proposal message spelled out in the sand with shells and flower petals! It’s an incredible sight…..

Wow! This resort looks amazing! I wish I could go and relax by the pool and have a massage at their spa. I’ll keep this location in mind.
