Barbie’s 50th Birthday Bash
I was a tomboy growing up because I’d much rather play with my Matchbox and my Corgi cars than with my Barbie Dolls. Perhaps if I were better friends with Ms. Barbie then, she would have hired me instead of Colin Cowie to plan her 50th birthday bash! :)
Check out some of the photos from her “pink” soiree… Look closely and you will see “high heels” and “purses” centerpieces on the lucite cocktail tables, which were filled with Barbie’s combs and sunglasses. And do you see the bar? The back wall was full of Barbie dolls. Very cool, huh?

Well, Colin did it again! He transformed this beautiful beach house in Malibu (not too far from my alma mater) into Barbie’s Dream House. Of course, pink was the color of choice! You can read more about this amazing party here.

Hi Jewel… seriously, I never liked dolls. I liked Barbie’s VW Beetle and her doll house more than anything! :)
