Lovely boudoir
Although boudoir photography has been around for a while, it has become more and more popular in recent years. I remember a few years ago when my wedding photographer asked if I wanted to do a boudoir session, I almost passed out!
Not that I thought that was anything wrong, but I am a very shy person and for me to strip down to my underwear… oh excuse me, I mean “lingerie”… in front of a photographer, no less a MALE photographer, I think my hubby would flip before he would even enjoy the photos!
In fact, when I showed my hubby some of the getting ready shots from our wedding day, there were a few of them where I was topless with just the crinoline on and with the back to the photographer, the first thing that came out of his mouth was: “You were topless??? Did Eugene (our wedding photographer) see anything?” Hmmm… honey, did I hear just a tiny bit of jealousy in your voice? :) And the answer was: “No, of course Eugene didn’t see anything!”
But I guess if I have asked my 2 favorite boudoir photographers - Jennifer Skog and Critsey Rowe to do a session for me, he would have been totally fine with it. Look at these beautiful and sexy photos by Jenn and Critsey! Don’t forget to check out their websites as well.

I wonder if there are ever any boudoir sessions for the guys? I would LOVE to have photos of my honey in his sexy boxers! :) Jenn and Critsey, what do you think? I promise I won’t get jealous as long as you make my hubby look more handsome than he already is! :p

My my! Dude-oir that is something to think about! I wonder if my husband would let me photograph a guy in his skivvies? : )
I think since we are going to just miss each other while I am in SF that I should make a trip to see you for your Couture Boudoir session!
That would be so fun!!
